These full Factory-packaged Electric Storage Water Heaters are ASME manufactured and National Board Registered for design pressures of 125 psi or 150 psi, and are available in both VERTICAL and HORIZONTAL configurations. They are marked HLW and built to ASME Code Section IV. Larger sizes are available upon request to the Factory, with storage capacities ranging from 125 to 5500 gallons and recoveries ranging from 62 to 1968 gallons per hour. PRECISION Incoloy-sheathed individually flanged components in 10, 15, 18, and 20 kW ratings are used to catalog input capabilities ranging from 10 kW to 480 kW.

Cement Lined Storage Tanks

Lined Storage Tanks from PRECISION are available in both vertical and horizontal layouts, with diameters ranging from 24′′ to 96′′ and capacity ranging from 125 to 5500 gallons. Storage tanks can be used to store and/or heat household hot water in conjunction with an electric or gas boiler or another independent heating source. There are two different linings to choose from depending on your needs. Both Precision Seal and Cement linings meet NSF-61 requirements.

A water heating system that has the necessary storage capacity and recovery for the time period needed may be constructed to produce potable hot water for any application when properly scaled and employed in the above described combinations. Because each application has different total volume, flow rate, duration and timing of peak load period, and temperature requirements, PRECISION offers a wide range of sizes and capacities. PRECISION may also provide larger sizes, greater design pressures, and other customizations upon request.
